Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service, unless previously arranged with Dr. Laurie

Adults (17 yrs to 64 yrs):

• First office visit (1 to 1.5 hours) $185
• Follow-up one hour $125
• Follow-up half hour $85
• Acute Visit (5-15min) $50

Children (0 yrs to 16 yrs):

• First office visit (1 to 1.5 hours) $135
• Follow-up one hour $105
• Follow-up half hour $70
• Acute visit (5-15min) $50

Seniors (65+ yrs):

• First office visit (1 to 1.5 hours) $165
• Follow-up one hour $120
• Follow-up half hour $80
• Acute visit (5-15min) $50

For patients who feel they need an acute visit due to a pressing need/concern will be put on Dr. Laurie's schedule with priority

CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-emergency cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment will incur a $45 fee; kindly let us know as far in advance as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time or to reschedule.  Late cancellations and missed appointments will be billed to your credit card on file.

INSURANCE: Due to state of New York Department of Health regulations, Dr. Laurie cannot participate in health insurance  plans, however, if your policy covers naturopathic medicine, we will provide a receipt for you to submit for possible re-imbursement.
